bitcoin payments

If you’re part of the SpicePay Merchant community, you know our bitcoin payment gateway lets you easily accept bitcoin payments from customers anywhere in the world. It’s safe, affordable, and rapidly being adopted. Now we’ve added some new options and fine-tuned the system for cashing out your bitcoin payments, manually or automatically. Here’s what’s new and improved:

Manual withdrawals in USD or EUR: You can opt to have your BTC automatically converted to USD or EUR. Then manually withdraw your funds by Wire Transfer, SEPA Transfer, WebMoney, Prepaid Debit Card or PayPal.

Automatic withdrawals: With this option, your BTC will automatically be transferred to a specific bitcoin address. This can happen when your balance is more than 1 BTC, or on a daily basis. Whichever option you choose, you’ll have a fatter bitcoin wallet.

BTC reserve: In case one of your customers want to return an item, this option lets you keep a set amount of BTC aside for refunds. It’s one of those things you hope you’ll never need, but good to have when you do.

SpicePay’s third-party invoices also have a new look and user experience, offering a more streamlined process for getting paid in BTC, USD or EUR. The overall experience is easier and more positive for both merchants and customers.

You’ll see these new options on your SpicePay Merchant dashboard. If you aren’t already accepting bitcoin payments with SpicePay, you might want to find out more about this function.

As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions. If there is a payout option you don’t see but would like to see, please let us know. We’ll get to work on it.
